My salad phase

Everyone gets cravings, everyone get urges. Do you guys also have phases like me?
I was eating truffle fries one day at a restaurant and had to use the restroom so when I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a double chin and so much of fat all over my body. I'm the last person you might ever find exercising so the only way I resort to losing weight is by dieting which also doesn't work for too long with me because when I see my fiends and family eat nice food, I get too tempted. there came a point in time recently when I had gotten into this salad phase and the only thing I wanted to eat was salad. Now to reduce weight, you need to cut out the salad dressings from the salad and I can't eat salad without dressing. So I disobey a million dietary rules anyway. I thought if I didn't follow one more, nothing much will happen.
My amazing salad phase lasted a week and then I got bored of it. I saw my friend go to McDonalds to get some food during a volunteering event for college and my broke my diet right then and there. I had two burgers, one was a meal with cola. So I'm temporarily off diet and eat everything once again, until I hit reality check, AGAIN.
